
FIERCE FIRE FOODS, LLC RETURN POLICY
Please examine your products immediately upon receipt. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact Fierce Fire Foods using the "Contact Us" links on and throughout our website at www.fiercefirefoods.com – before products are returned.
Fierce Fire Foods wants its customers to be AMAZED. If there is any damage or shortage in your order, or the product you received is not what you ordered, please report the problem to us within 24 hours of receipt. You may contact us by e-mail, using the “Contact Us” links as previously noted. Please include the following information: Name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, receipt number, and a description of the damage, shortage or other problem. Our customers are Fiercely important to us, please be very specific in describing the problem, we want to be certain the issue is resolved and, if at all possible, kept from ever happening again!
If product is delivered to you in a damaged condition, and you have promptly notified us (as described above), Fierce Fire Foods will promptly replace the damaged product at no cost to you, and as soon as practicably possible after you have returned the damaged products in an unopened condition.
If you do not receive everything you ordered, and you have promptly notified us (as described above), Fierce Fire Foods will promptly complete the order, at no cost to you, as soon as we compare the purchase and shipping information to confirm the shortage and/or discrepancy.
If you receive and have been charged for items you did not order, and you have promptly notified us (as described above), Fierce Fire Foods will promptly refund the entire cost and shipping as soon as practicable upon receipt of the products that were delivered to you in error.
To be fair, Fierce Fire Foods MUST receive returned products in the original packaging, without damage, and unopened. We will either correct the problem by correcting the error, or you will receive a prompt full refund, including original shipping and return charges, as you stipulate in your e-mail to Fierce Fire Foods. Returned products must be shipped via insured mail through the United Parcel Service (UPS).
Scratched, altered, blemished, or broken items are not eligible for a refund or exchange, unless the damage occurred during the original shipment. Opened containers are not returnable.
